Welcome to The Best Letters. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:

• All letters and certificates are custom-made, personalized products.

• All sales are final once an order is placed unless there is an error on our part. 

• Customers are responsible for entering accurate personalization details before checkout.

• If there is a printing error caused by us, we will gladly correct and replace the product at no additional cost.

• Unauthorized use of our designs, templates, or content is prohibited.
