2. Shipping & Delivery

We take care to package each order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, The Best Letters LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues caused by:

 

  • The United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

3. Handcrafted & Artisanal Products

Each letter is handcrafted and assembled individually. Minor variations in materials, finishes, or wax seals are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, technical failures such as carrier outages, system errors, or email filtering may occur. The Best Letters LLC does not guarantee delivery of reminders, and ultimate responsibility for remembering personal milestones remains with the customer.
